Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

Backordered Items: If an item is out of stock, it may take longer to ship, typically around 5-6 weeks. We appreciate your patience.

Order Modification or Cancellation: Once an order is in the fulfillment process, it cannot be edited or canceled. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact service@howdy-ho.com immediately. We'll handle these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Note that we are not responsible for shipping delays once the order is in the hands of the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address: If this occurs, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the correct address and process the fee using your original payment method.
